The Value Analysis Committee and the Trach Nurse approved the switch to Pepper Medical trach ties! I want to tell you that I appreciate your business style. You send samples and emails but don’t occupy too much of my time. You don’t inundate me with items we can’t use. You’ve kept trying to find the right fit for us but in a way that is not off-putting.
